Facilitating Strategic Alignment for LACERA’s Executive Council
The Los Angeles County Employees Retirement Association (LACERA) manages retirement benefits for more than 180,000 members and is one of the largest public pension funds in the U.S. With a need to align leadership around a unified vision, LACERA engaged Extra Mile Marketing (EMM) to facilitate a high-stakes strategic planning offsite with its Executive Council—comprising executive leadership, senior staff, and board members.
