With ever-increasing pressure to provide personalized and awe-inspiring experiences, companies are finding new ways to innovate customer experience (CX) and strengthen customer loyalty. Across the board, studies have shown that proficiency in data collection and management is key to delivering innovative customer experiences and staying ahead of tomorrow’s trends. So, Publicis Sapient and Microsoft commissioned a study to find out challenges in CX, future trends, and more fully understand how C-level executives aim to personalize their customer experience and improve digital transformation.
Publicis wanted to build a campaign around the report to generate quality leads and reached out to the Extra Mile Marketing team for help. Our team created a comprehensive campaign targeting C-level executives with various thought leadership assets based on the report and its findings.
By homing in on the flow of the campaign and establishing strategic CTAs, we helped Publicis Sapient educate prospects, spark interest in their solutions, and achieve its goal of garnering high-quality leads.
The first step in any EMM journey is strategy. For this project, we came up with a comprehensive plan to reach their target audience and find creative ideas to pique their interest – ultimately, driving them to engage with the campaign assets.
With the main intent of creating ‘teasers’ to garner interest and download the full report, our campaign included:
- An infographic with high level-level takeaways from the report in byte-sized information
- A 1-minute video to be used on social, landing pages, and other assets
- A campaign landing page to house all assets, and a form to capture leads
- Blog articles with key findings from the report about the future of customer experience
- A series of emails targeting existing and new prospects
- Organic and paid LinkedIn campaign ads and posts
- A webinar discussing the findings of the report in-depth, as well as the implications for the future of CX
Together, these assets gave the opportunity for the Publicis Sapient target audience to find and consume information in their preferred medium while piquing interest in the full customer experience report.
