After the Show |
Now what?
Immediately after the show, have all booth staff participate in a post-analysis session. Discuss what worked well and what could be improved. Discuss a plan of action for keeping in contact with all prospects generated at the show. Give any appropriate feedback to the show’s coordinator to assist you in the future.
Make sure you thank everyone who visited you at the show. This is a great way to initiate a follow up conversation with a prospective client, and address any questions they might have about you or your product. Be sure to deliver on any promises of extra information requested at the show.
Now is also a great time to revisit your initial goals and timeline to assess timeliness, effectiveness and budget. Make note of what items on your To Do List never quite made it to fruition, and decide where you need to redirect for next year, if necessary.
